DE-RAY Optoelectronics was established on August 20, 2015 with an investment of 50.4 million US dollars. It is a professional VCSEL (vertical cavity surface emitting laser) manufacturer and supplier with an independent park of 3,600,00 Sq.ft and a clean workshop of 32,291 sq.ft, which supports 2/3/4 inch mixed line production. It includes German SUSS high-precision stepper lithography system, Japanese Nikon stepper lithography machine, Japanese Koyo wet oxidation furnace, British Oxford low-damage ICP etching equipment, British SPTS PECVD equipment, American CHA electron beam evaporation coating machine and American KLA wafer-level probe test system.
